CCC38 is a community who share a common space in a co-operative and respectful manner.
Please feel free to acquaint yourself with our by-laws and policies to make sure that you are doing your part to make this community a great place to live.
We also have Committees to help us manage some aspects of our community, so feel free to reach out and get involved. We’re a fun and social group of residents and we’re always welcome to new individuals and ideas.
Also, we have a Pool and we will post a schedule of days and times for swimming on the Pool page. There is also some commons sense rules that you’ll be able to find there as well.
We also have an AGM each year and we’ll be posting in formation on that in a timely manner every year, as well as making resolutions, minutes and voting results available.
